About Tom

Tom has been in the music business for over 40 years. He was lead singer in "Thin Ice", a Connecticut-based band in the 70's, and was lead vocalist with the group "Friends", a wedding and special event band that was together for over 40 years.

Since moving to Long Island in 1994, Tom has turned his musical talents to DJing, and singing accompanied by professionally recorded backing tracks. Tom has appeared at the Halyard Restaurant, Macari Vineyard, Martha Clara Vineyard, The Vineyard Caterers, The North Fork Country Club, Stonewalls Restaurant, Claudio's Restaurant, The Dory, Gardiner's Bay Country Club, Shelter Island Country Club, Blackwell's Restaurant, Legends Restaurant, Pugliese Vineyard, Peconic Landing, The Pridwin Hotel, Portobello Restaurant, Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace, Clovis Point Vineyard, The Riverhead Moose Lodge, The Birchwood at Spring Lake, The Chelsea at Brookhaven, and The Front Street Station, as well as countless private events.

Tom has always prided himself on his dependability and attention to detail. He is always open to suggestions on how to make the occasion more enjoyable and memorable.  Tom utilizes state of the art sound equipment and will play at a volume appropriate for the venue and audience.

Tom covers the iconic singing of Frank Sinatra to the music of today. He uses professionally recorded music tracks to back up his extrordinarily versatile vocal range. He calls these tracks his "Band of Ghosts. You can't see 'em but you sure can hear 'em".

From lead singer in several bands to DJing, he has entertained countless people for over 40 years.
Singers who have influenced Tom's stlye are Frank Sinatra, Kenny Rankin, Al Jarreau, James Taylor, Joe Cocker, Edgar Winter and many others.


From a tender ballad to hip shaking funk, Tom never fails to please his audience.
